You will work closely with the Creative Director, key client stakeholders and external vendors. You will deliver diverse and captivating creative that connects our clients with their audiences in an impactful and purposeful manner. You will be responsible for leading project teams from conceptualization through to delivery of on-brief and in-budget creative. As a trusted advocate you will guide clients through our creative process articulating its value and advising on future opportunities. Is an experienced team leader and mentor, with proficiency in project leadership and oversight. Works autonomously and collaboratively to develop effective creative strategies, art direction, brand experiences, and narratives that are unique to the market and align with our clients? beliefs, values, and vision. Works well in a fast-paced environment, handling a spectrum of projects with poise and professionalism. Ensures brand consistency, both visually and audibly, is retained across various campaigns. Degree or diploma in design or a related field. Experience leading and managing a creative team. A comprehensive portfolio of diverse, in-market advertising campaigns and branding projects. Proven expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including, but not limited to: InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop. (Proficient with design processes, including defining and upholding quality control, adhering to defined scopes, timelines, budgets, and understanding confidentiality agreements. Copywriting and strategic creative conceptualization. Collaborate with and lead internal teams on creative briefs and campaigns from conceptualization to delivery. Confidently articulate and present creative concepts and ideation to internal teams and external stakeholders. Strategically identify opportunities within our portfolio of partners and brands. Refine internal processes to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality. Organize and manage both personal and team schedules to meet deadlines and budgets. Work closely with client service, media and strategy teams to develop creative briefs. Influence creative budgets and timelines. Build and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
